As we have seen, the Dry Cleaning Industry has been declining over recent years.
Casual dress-down days used to be only on Friday’s, but now it’s everyday,
including our very own industry!
There are many Dry Cleaners that are processing and offering new services to help
business while seeing numbers decline on the Dry Cleaning side.
Some ideas that are being implemented and/or brought back are:
- Fluff-n-Fold: I have seen more and more companies offer this.
- Bulk Cleaning: This is starting to pop-up sporadically.
- Uggs and/or Leather-n-Suede’s.
- Customer Service: email or text clients that their orders are ready.
- Curbside Service.
- Pick Up and Delivery.
